Mayday Health does not collect identifying data on site visitors.

However, if you donate, you may be added to our email list and receive occasional emails from Mayday. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.

If you provide Mayday with your phone number, you may receive occasional text messages from Mayday. To be removed from Mayday’s  phone list, reply “STOP” to any text message. You will then receive a text confirming that you have been removed from Mayday’s phone list; please do not respond to that message as it may result in re-subscription.
